Delete your Servatto Crew data

Your Servatto Crew account is created by your employer: it exists because a business that uses Servatto added your mobile number to its team. There is no separate sign-up to close.

To stop using the app

Ask your manager to remove you from the team in Servatto. From then on you can no longer sign in, and your phone stops getting notifications. You can also sign out and delete the app at any time.

To have your personal data deleted

Email [email protected] quoting your mobile number and the business you worked for, or ask your manager to request it for you. We may check with the business that the request is yours.

What is deleted

• Your name and mobile number
• Your phone's notification tokens
• Chat messages you wrote
• Your availability and unavailable dates
• Photos you took for checklists

What the business must keep

Timecards and pay records stay with the business for as long as Australian record-keeping law requires (generally 7 years). After that they are deleted too.

We reply within 30 days.
